Lotusgruppen and the commissioner discuss the citizen's situation, the purpose of the effort, expected support intensity and relevant partners.

Proposed effort

Lotusgruppen recommends a pathway or prepares a concrete proposal for an individually designed effort.

Agreement and start-up

Goals, framework, contact form, documentation, meeting frequency and responsibilities are agreed with the commissioner.

Delivery and follow-up

The citizen gets a fixed contact person. The commissioner receives the agreed status and is informed quickly of significant challenges.

Evaluation and next steps

The effort is evaluated together with the citizen, commissioner and relevant partners. A decision is made on conclusion, extension or transition to another effort.

From four weeks before release to 72 hours after

An intensive release readiness programme where the vulnerable first hours and days after release are carefully planned and closely supported by a fixed contact person.

Lotus Stabil 90

Three months

A stabilisation programme that brings housing, finances, structure, treatment and authority cooperation together, giving the citizen firm ground to stand on.

Lotus 180

Six months – with the option to extend

A holistic six-month pathway that follows the citizen from before release all the way to retention in work or education. Built around five phases.

Lotus Retention

Three, six or twelve months

A follow-up programme after starting a work placement, education or job – with fast action in case of absence, conflict or risk of drop-out.
